At Umaid Couture, every piece is handcrafted with the utmost care, precision, and attention to detail. Since our products are made using traditional handloom fabrics and artisanal techniques, slight variations are a natural part of the process and add to the uniqueness of each creation.

We request our customers to read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. Return Policy

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for any products once sold, as each item is made or curated with high artisanal value.

  • Manufacturing Defect Exception: A return will be considered only if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect and has not been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Reporting Timeframe: Any claim of defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and a written description of the issue.

  • Approval Requirement: Acceptance of a return request is subject to verification and approval by our quality team.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

    • If UMAID COUTURE (HUPL) is unable to fulfill the order.

    • If a product with an approved manufacturing defect is returned and verified by our team.

  • Refund Method: Refunds, once approved, will be issued through the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In case of partial order fulfillment, refunds will apply only to the unfulfilled portion of the order.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges against size, color, or design preferences, as all items are made in limited editions and cannot be reproduced identically.

4. Non-Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper care, or alterations made after delivery.

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items.

  • Minor irregularities in hand embroidery, weaving, dyeing, or natural fabric textures, as these are considered part of the artisanal process and not defects.
