Q. Are all your products handcrafted?
Yes. Each piece is crafted by skilled artisans using age-old techniques such as Aari-Tari, Zardozi, and Gota Patti, making every creation unique.
Q. What kind of fabrics do you use?
We use only the finest pure silks and premium cotton yarns, including luxurious bases such as chiffon, georgette, organza, and satin. Each fabric is carefully sourced to ensure softness, durability, and elegance, making our pieces timeless investments.
Q. Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
Our photos are captured in natural light to reflect true colors and designs. However, as each product is handcrafted, minor variations in embroidery, motifs, or shade may occur — this adds to its authenticity and charm.
Q. Do you offer customization?
Yes. Depending on the design, we can customize colors, blouse styles, or embellishment levels. Please contact us for special requests.

Care & Instructions
Q. How should I care for my outfit?
These fabrics are delicate pure silks. To maintain their beauty:
- Always dry clean only — avoid home washing.
- Store them in a muslin cloth to allow the fabric to breathe.
- Avoid direct sunlight for long durations to prevent color fading.
- Do not spray perfumes directly on the embroidery or fabric.
Q. How do I store my embroidered pieces?
Keep heavy embroideries folded with acid-free tissue paper in between to protect sequins and zari. - Refold every 3–4 months to prevent permanent creases. - Hang lighter pieces on padded hangers, but always store heavier ones flat.
Q. Are your products safe for travel?
Yes, but we recommend rolling the fabric gently instead of folding to minimize creases, especially for chiffon and organza.

Since our products are handcrafted, we only accept returns in case of genuine defects or incorrect deliveries.
Q. Can I exchange for size or color?
Exchanges are possible for size issues (in stitched products) within 48 hours of delivery. Color exchanges depend on stock availability.
